Money? What’s that?

Soon as I’m through reading the comics, I need to rewrite my resume and keep looking for a job. Currently work 6 – 18 hrs w a week a a national retailer. No F/T except supervisors and Store Manager. Health Care not worth having. Two Master’s degrees and this is it? This economy stinks.

I don’t blame the politicians (they are too incompetent), I blame the greed of the corporations and the CEOs. My son and his friends graduated 2010 and most are still working P/T 23 hrs a week. Others joined the military (nothing wrong with that) but as E-1s.

WHY won’t employers let employees get more than 24 hours a week???

Yeah, and then find out on payday that they changed the rules on you midstream, and your paycheck isn’t what you expected, but by God, the BILLS don’t change!

Actually part time hours go back at least 50 years. Sears was doing that in the 60’s. Nothing new.
