Can anyone tell me how to view the comments with the most recent posting on the top? Since yesterday I see the oldest posting at the top. I contacted Technical Support and they suggested I clear out my cache, cookies and temporary files abd tegb restart. I have done all that and it hasn’t made any difference. I have Windows Explorer.

Thank you, gmartin997. It seems strange that it changed overnight though. Perhaps it has something to do with a Windows update.

Wenn das Singen nit war, war die Welt wohl lei laar.Wia a Tag ohne Sun, ohne Wasser a Brunn.

Wia a Nacht ohne Stern, wia a Lieab ohne gernwia a Schlaf ohne Tram, kane Blia auf de Bam.

Erst des Singen des macht, dass des Herz wieder lacht, gibt dem Leben an Sinn, ist die ganze Freud drinn.

In Englisch:If singing wouldn’t be, world would be empty.Like a day without sun and a well without water.

Like a night without stars, a sleep without dreams, no blooming on the trees.

But singing makes the heart laughing again, gives sense to life and all happiness is in it.

@masterskrain: Calvin’s mom comes and gets Hobbes… even in the rain. It’s been shown.

I prefer to think Hobbes is alive. It makes the whole strip infinitely more emotionally satisfying than if he’s just a figment of Calvin’s imagination. When asked about this, Watterson said Hobbes isn’t necessarily either imaginary or actually alive; so he could inhabit some kind of alternate dimension accessible only to Calvin.

Calvin subconsciously wishes that his horoscope had come true yesterday!

Hobbes was brilliant in this clip. I hope we’ll get a chance to see Hobbes with a pair of spats.

That would be a true Kodak moment.

Love Calvin’s faulty logic: Yesterday’s prediction was false, so today’s prediction will be false too.

Calvin is lucky to have a friend like hobbes. Live friends are so frequently disappointing.

Love the look on Calvin’s face in the second panel. Perfectly captures the look of someone desperately trying to convince himself of something he clearly doesn’t believe. Watterson’s a genius.

Calvin and Hobbes beating the living daylights out of each other – isn’t that true love mixed with a large dollop of co-dependency?

I’ve thought about that a lot. A few weeks ago Hobbes ate Calvin’s sandwich at the bus stop. Calvin didn’t know it until he got to school and his lunch bag was empty. I thought and thought and finally decided that Calvin ate it himself. What about Hobbes getting home? Maybe Hobbes is there when he isn’t there and then disappears when Calvin wants him to. Or maybe there is no explanation. Maybe those kinds of puzzles aren’t puzzles at all in Calvin world.

Hobbes is a real tiger with the magical ability to appear to be stuffed when others are around. No mystery.

Sometimes, Hobbes is still there on the sidewalk when Calvin gets back from school. Usually though, Calvin’s mom comes out to get him, often in the pouring rain. It’s one of those times you get to see Hobbes as a toy not a tiger.
