As a Niven fan, I liked the episode taken from his work including a Kzin crewman. The new movie series should go into the Man-Kzin Wars &/or Klingo-Kzin Wars.
As I was there from the date TOS aired on NBC, I disagree with the results of the toon’s argument. I liked a lot of ST Enterprise due to Scott Bakula. The recent JJ Abrams movie w/young (re)cast, was pretty good too.
People (meaning mutual fans) need to give Enterprise a chance, it had it’s rough moments like any other (Voyager, yeesh…) but rocked otherwise…. you get used to the theme song eventually.

Voyager is the best series!
