I don’t even do gift cards anymore. Just give money. It is always the right size and color, and the recipient is not restricted as to where to spend it!
Though some people don’t like money as a gift. They want an item to unwrap. I was very happy more than once with Barnes & Noble gift cards. But now I’m not as near to a B&N, and I’m sure they’re fixing their attentions on expanding Nook, not on opening new locations.

Goodwill and the Dollar Store; that is the best place to buy Christmas presents. You would be surprised at what you get there.
