Many forms of food processing sap nutrients already. Even fresh veggies in groceries stores can be sapped from mass production methods, transportation and storage. White flour is ‘enriched’ in part in order to add back nutrients that were lost in processing.
And in some towns, people are indeed getting fined for having home vegetable gardens. So half of this comic is already true…
