Fuzzy Thinking Alert: “Fip Floping- the White House has come out against it(Balanced Budget Amendment)” …BO said he wanted to balance things. NOW BO Cannot Walk the Talk. BO is a Fraud. BO must be Targeted for Defeat.
The fact that Toyota built their newest plant in Blue Springs , Mississippi is partly the “non-union” thing, but the other part is that for many years, Toyota, Honda, and even BMW did a better job of making cars with quality concerns, and economy, while “Detroit” turned out over-sized, well, junk. It’s interesting that Toyota now touts “quality”, let’s hope they keep it up, and providing jobs here. I bought a Ford when they said “Quality is job one!”, it fell apart. Maybe THAT is part of the problem?
The timing of the first panel is ironic. In 1970, Detroit was slowly losing its dominance of making half of all the vehicles in the world. 1950 would have been a better year.

If Republicans cared so much about balancing the budget, why didn’t they do it for the 6 years they controlled the Presidency and Congress?

If you can juggle an under-water mortgage, there are 3 Million jobs out there with no local qualified applicants.

I do not have a problem with auto industries moving from state to state. At least the jobs will remain in the USA.

I see some Immanuel Kant in his comments, but not so much klark kant. Transcendental man, not ubermensch.
