    Go to the gym, two or three times a week. If you want to keep your gut under control, make sit ups and crunches a part of your routine.

    you dont half to jog or run. a good brisk walk every day does wonders.

    There are blind hockey teams. There’s this guy the news did a short piece on, he is in his 80’s playing hockey 4-5 times a week. The youngest on his team is in his early 20’s. . So find something you love doing and do it.
