Sluggo: Ya know, rubber ducky--- We've really got to do something about this bathroom--- There's NO WATER in the pipes--- But the roof LEAKS like crazy.
I have that problem in my bedroom closet but, the landlord doesn’t want to fix it. His solution: put a pan on the shelf so if it rains and I don’t check it right away I’ll still be able to tell if it rained.
