I think it was a B.C. sequence long ago:“We were so poor we slept eight in one bed.”“You had a bed? We were so poor we slept on the floor.”“You had a floor? We were so poor we slept on the dirt.”“You had dirt? We were so poor we …” Oops, nowhere to go.
They also did the same thing in the other direction: “You had a blanket? … a roof? … stars?”

I keep hearing about how so many kids go to bed hungry, well, have a snack before you go to bed. This one in six nonsense is just that. Nonsense.

Look to the SENIORS!! I’m feeding 2+ now and I live senior low-income. PAY ATTENTION to your elders. They didn’t let you starve. When do they "get " their soc sec. Bet the last weekend is no food.
