Scott just doesn’t get it. The requirement that criticism be ‘constructive’ is applicable only to that leveled at bosses by subordinates…even if there is nothing more to say than that he is a moooron.
First a word of explanation…, I need my Basic Instructions fix more than once a week, so I push the “random” button, and it of course brings up random strips. Big bonus if it brings up strips on which I have already commented. Also, the copywrite date and release date are both 2011, indicating this strip was not recycled. I expect few if any will read this comment, but gonna say it anyway. Scott in panel one should have led with, “What specifically did I say or not say, what did I do or not do, that leads you to believe I am a moron?” Second, in panel 2, don’t repeat it in the disparaging manner in which it was said, meeting him halfway by saying “moron” was more that fair. At least in panel 4, the boss gives a reason why he’s a moron.
