Arlo: One doesn't sleep on the floor after Labor Day!
This one tries to avoid sleeping on the floor before Labor Day.
My 2 sleeps every were with all four paws up in the air… bed during the day but not at night…
I think it’s a dig at the “No white pants/belts/shoes after Labor Day” rule, which seems equally arbitrary to me. If my cats stop lying on the floor after Labor Day, it’s because the sun has shifted and they’ve lost the sunlight.
Depends on if there is carpet or rugs or bare floors…bare floors can be cold..
We had cats who always snuggled up on the couch or bed.
