Let’s see, Baldo wants a classic car correct? Everyone that I know that has classic cars, works under the hoods…knows the car inside and out. When it comes to their everyday cars they do a lot of the upkeep themselves but there is always one thing in common I hear “too much computer under the hood” With the newer vehicles you almost have to take them to the shop to do upkeep.

Good for you, dbig. I thought shade-tree mechanics disappeared when the diagnostic computer became essential equipment to change an air filter.
