Mina can’t be all bad. She is so happy with her TEN DOLLAR BILL! And, yes, the transport unit had better be big, or Morning Gloria will sue the city and the force under the ADA Act, like the 290-pound guy suing the fast-food chain because he doesn’t fit in their seating….

It’s nice to see that Lizz kept her word and gave Mina her ten dollars.

After all that, no one appears to be injured. Mina would probably not be convicted due to diminished capacity but she does need to be controlled because she’s unpredictable and has no controls herself.

So Lizz did give Mina a 10 dollar bill. Who says crime doesn’t pay?
