When I was helping (?) my daughter with her driving lessons we were on a straight, 4 lane country road. No traffic. I had the newspaper in front of me like I reading but I looked over the top to check no cars coming. Finally I said, “Dena, you are doing very good. Now, do you want to get over on your side of the road?”

Each province is different. Ontario is “Ontario Ministry of Transportation” or “MTO”
