“Reality Television”—prime example of an oxymoron, accent on MORON. RT is the transfats of the media world, pretending to be something it isn’t.. Like hydrogenated vegetable oil, RT pretends to be food for the mind, but really it’s just inedible empty grease.
I enjoy the TV as I use it, mostly just harmless amusment. I don’t watch any of those shows mentioned, but I like some about decorating, some cooking, dress design, and some Cold cases and forensic type dramas.

I never made the “jump to digital” — excellent choice for me. I don’t miss television at all.
