    Upper management getting their perks by bending the rules? How unusual..

    I’m sure you mean Carolina. Unlike Rita, she’s busy doing some actual work.

    It would be interesting to see Rita attend a Management Techniques seminar and return to the office with a hair style similar to the pointy-haired boss in Dilbert. Watch Carolina and the crew REALLY scream.

    We had one a year or more ago, wherein Rita did appear with pointy hair- but drawn in a Scott Adams style. I never warmed up to the ‘Pointy-haired boss’ business, though. Sure, I get it- it’s like devil horns and bosses are evil, blah blah blah. But in real life, it’s not an attribute that all bosses automatically develop. Sure, I’m over thinking it, but I think the bosses’ behavior is more important in establishing the situation than some fantasy that they’re recognizable by the way their hair grows. And why is Dilbert’s CEO bald, then?

    Did anyone notice Rita’s butt?

    That’s not her butt, it’s her calves! Her waist is THAT long.

    Actually this is one of Rita’s better ideals.

    @crystalwizard

    Basically, she acts like A boss. That’s the way so many bosses act. We sure hear from enough of our readers who recognize their own boss- as I know Scott Adams must.
