By “six-month tour of historic cartoon sites in Ohio,” he means “stalking Bill Watterson,” right?

I suspect this “six-month tour of historic cartoon sites in Ohio” translates to a stint in the Ohio state pen.

Sounds like a plot line for a graphic novel…Oh, wait, where am I?

There are some sites (I’m not sure how historic) of cartoon significance in Ohio. But I prefer, like Loris, to follow my own track….

I suspect that at least one of said “sites” includes the town of Chagrin Falls, Ohio (where Watterson was born).

Well he may see the sights, but I doubt he’ll get a chance to talk to Watterson.

He could go to OSU at http://cartoons.osu.edu/ and spend all day looking at a few cool strips by some great cartoonist..Mr. Watterson has a couple there.

I’d like to go to Ohio for the rollercoasters alone… now I know that there’s historic cartoon sites as well!

In addition to spending a couple months at OSU’s Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum, and stalking Bill Waterson, the original Mr. Spinnerrack could be haunting Westview, OH, eating pizza at Montoni’s, and searching through landfills for Keesterman’s wrecked mailboxes. Not sure that qualifies as historic, though…
