Sadly it is not, I perforated an ear drum that way years ago. No pills will take away that pain & I took something to knock me out overnight but whenever my head didn’t stay in just the right position I woke up crying in pain anyways. Long story short I sneeze big ole manly sneezes nowadays & if people don’t like it, tough!
