Am I the only one who noticed the black tape on Phil’s badge?When I was a fire fighter it meant a fellow officer lost his life in the line of duty, police or fire dept. I wonder if Mrs. Elliot has lost a relative or a friend in the line of duty. If so, I would like to offer my heartfelt condolences to all concerned. Gary B.

Why is does Phil have a black stripe on his badge?

Lol! Poor Phil…..

My father was a police officer. He would have parties at our house with his fellow off duty officers and the next door neighbors would call the police because it was too loud, and then the on duty officers would be there too.

I should probably also mention that our next door neighbors called the police on everything, including the fact that our dog’s tags clicking together made their dog bark.

Well, people were saying they hadn’t seen Phil in the strip for a while… so here he is!
