One can only hope that the lower courts do follow the ruling of the USSC, since part of their findings of fact was that Walmart did in fact discriminate against its female employees. It just wasn’t done in suce a consistently similar fashion as to justify a class action suit.
Some women say Walmart were stepped over for promotions in favor of men because the men had a family to support.
Other women say Walmart denied them promotions because women were more likely to be distracted by there child rearing and other family obligations.
Working for an employer without belonging to a union is just asking to be abused and cheated. When will people wake up and start working for themselves or joining unions?
