The Mythbusters tried that. Even several tons of TNT couldn’t knock off a dummy’s socks/shoes.
He’d have more luck blowing off the top of his head—or turning his face inside out!

I’d be worried that it would blow out any of several other places, which would hurt, and make a mess.
