Must be an American prison. From what I hear, most other countries make you pay for your time in prison, and don’t let you out until they receive the full amount (if the sentence isn’t for life or the death sentence that is).

Wow! I forgot about Homer! Great idea to bring him back, Wiley. Although, if Homer has his typical luck, he may have to come back a few times! Will the reruns be about Homer, or is that idle speculation/mass hysteria arising from the comment section?

Actually, it’s not uncommon come winter time in some areas for people to commit petty crimes just get get tossed into jail for the winter.
