To get closer to what is happening, swap the first and last panels.

Remember, Obama was for let-bygones-be-bygones before he was against it.

“Isn’t that what Obama was for before he was against it?”

    No.

Pschearer, Danielsangeo wants to know who you’re going to believe, him or your lying eyes?

“Pschearer, Danielsangeo wants to know who you’re going to believe, him or your lying eyes?”

Well, now, that all depends on whether you can show that Obama was for “let-bygones-be-bygones” before he was against “let-bygones-be-bygones”?

What’s your allegation then, Faux Ceiling Cat? Are you saying Obama was never for “let-bygones-be-bygones”, or that he isn’t against it now?

Also, you misquoted Pschearer in your original comment, in order to turn it into a question so you could respond with a single uncommunicative word. I gather from that you never had an argument to support your position in the first place.

I’m not making one. I am trying to get someone to substantiate the flip-flop claim.

“Also, you misquoted Pschearer in your original comment.”

I did not. I quoted it exactly as it was written. It was changed after I quoted.

If you prefer, I’ll change my “no” to a “[citation needed]”.

In the book titled: “It Didn’t Start with Watergate ” by Victor Laskey during the Church investigations that crippled the C.I.A. Senator Church was bound and determined to punish all those who broke the law. When his findings were leading him down a path he did not want to follow, he abrupty halted the investigation saying the country “has suffered enough” and it was pointless to pursue the matter further. It seems that there were far worse things that went on and it wasn’t the party in question that was the culprit…..

Isn’t this when he tried to prove it was torture, and so it was with a willing participant. And Winslow proved it was indeed torture.
