The Simpson’s did an episode like this once. Bart convinced Springfield that there was a boy named Timmy’o ‘tool at the bottom of a well. Then Bart tried to get the radio out of the well and fell in. They dug a huge hole to get him out. I believe it’s called radio Bart and is some where in season 3 or4.
