Calvin should just go ask his Mom why Dad was so interested in staring through his binoculars at the cute, blonde co-ed sunbathing next door. By the time the dust settles, Dad won’t be allowed to own binoculars anymore.

The bad news is, good binoculars cost more than that. The good news is, no Dad in his right mind would lend such optics to Calvin.

By the way, Happy Birthday, Canada! What the size the birthday cake will be for whole provinces of Canada? I guess that biggest enough for the Canadians to eat the piece of the cakes! LOLs! Our country, US will be coming pretty soon. We will celebrate on July of 4th!

Just to clarify, the strip was not cancelled. Philosopher Bill just decided that without sufficient artistic freedom, he would not produce it any more. There is a distinct difference ! And as for the life of this strip “Quaecumque Vera” shall endure.
