Think I’ll have the internet guy replace my modum when he checks out my connection tomorrow. It’s not that old but I think it’s what’s acting up. I lost my connection at least 5 times yesterday (up tp 2 hours at a time). Lost it last night just before going to bed so turned it off. Turned it on this morning after it had cooled off last night and everything is working fine so far.

Well I’ve got the chile going now and I’m watching a Bears/Packers classic. All that’s missing is the beer. I’ll be taking care of that oversight soon enough.

After watching The Greatest Game Ever Played last night, I thought I’d watch that classic Patriots\Colts AFC Championship game from a few years back. I’d have to rank that one pretty highly too. The Colts won the game in the last minute and went on to win the Superbowl against the Bears.

We try to keep most of our religious talk over at For Heaven’s Sake, but everyone can pray, have positive thoughts or hope or good wishes. Lord, forgive me. I turned on a Yankee game (forgive me) and thought they were beating the tar out of Texas. Please forgive my disbelief. Before I turned to your beloved New England ball team, I saw the Evil Empire was playing a repeat because they probably will get creamed tonight. I will never lose faith in you again Lord, and know you will be in Boston till October. Now that’s how you pray.

Grog, I don’t think I can. First, I’d have to fit my foot in the fish bowl. Then, I would actually have to manuever my foot in such a manner as to be able to kick. I would have no momentum whatsoever. Plus the fish would probably die in the process. Isn’t there a saying about not kicking a dead fish?

I installed some new solar lighting out front today. They look great out there. Unlike most brands I’ve used, they’re nice and bright. I very likes.

Our mom had a nice meal out and a nice birthday today. My sister cracked her up got her to forget health problems for awhile. She has major trouble with infections in two locations. Doctor is trying. So today is a great day. Now I’m waiting on instructor I turned my rough draft essay in Friday it’s due today. See how much has to be changed.

I want to thank you all for wishing my mom a happy birthday. At Golden Corral when they sang to her she joined in we had fun. She evan beat me to tell them of her birthday. Yes she enjoyed herself today.

For us here we use ground turkey for a lot of food uses. Oh my mom is generally a great and will be again soon as those durn infections go away doctor is trying, 86 today. She misses walking. No false teeth and no heart medicines or walker. Sigh she is much smaller by major pounds then sister and I.

Texas is ahead of the Yanks so far in the 6th. Hopefully, they’ll be able to keep that up. Hate those Yanks….with a passion.
