PS… I’m beginning to suspect a structural (and possibly postural ) problem with Stewart.

That is the best cameo that Alfred Hitchcock ever made!!!

Cleo is teaching those other dogs what BA-A-AD is. They are going to have to up their game!

That just goes to show you; there’s always somebody bigger and badder than you.

I wonder how long the judge ordered Cleo to attend those meetings?

To be fair, the cats were asking for it, and the squirrels had it coming!

C’mon… we all know Cleo only goes there to brag.

She has no desire to change….

and, paradoxically, it’s one place where she doesn’t have to stay anonymous.

 

Everywhere else, self-protection keeps her quiet, or at least humble.

No point to the who neighborhood knowing who chased the Maxwell’s cat with a slingshot, or put a hole in the Peterson’s garage with a bazooka.

 

She doesn’t want to pay damages on any cars she may have totaled with a bulldozer…..

or get a bill from the hot dog guy.

 

But for an hour or two, in this welcoming circle of her peers….

or her wannabe peers….

She’s a shining star.

 

Btw..

I’m trying to remember to post those new Cleo forum “welcomes” a day or two…. or three… ahead of time,

in case I get here late or not at all.

I don’t mean to trap the unwary in my web.

I know it can be confusing, especially for anyone in a much later time zone, who for a while can be a day ahead of me.

 

So, my apologies to She Mc….

I believe you meant that comment for yesterday.

Just look for the date on my post to match the date on the Cleo strip you’re reading….

or check for the usual suspects (commenters) who usually get here first.

JP Steve…. I think there may be a Ballard Street club for you,

or at least a party you should have gone to, if you didn’t, on the current (2018) strip!

That’s just for starters…a tip of the iceberg for Cleo.

What? Our SWEET, honest, lovable Cleo has to go to those darn meetings?!?!!! Maybe she just comes because they serve pizza flavored kibble, and the Welcome Circle has a purplie rug.

I keep forgetting to post the URL under the comic…..it’s in the off chance that some

folks are seeing the strip but are unaware of the possibility to comment…..

besides the regular animations, I’m pretty sure C&C is the only sherpa comic with

loyal commenters (thanks to Susan’s great idea to all migrate here for that purpose)

just keep it under your hat. If go comics found out they would probably put a stop to it.

their mission these last few years has been to take as much fun out of the comics experience as possible
