Indeed, they did. It’s been the paleo-Republican intent for a number of years. The gender gap in voting is big and growing. And the conservative Arizona court decision demonstrates their intent to push women’s medical well-being back to the ignorance of one territorial judge in 1864. This has been backed up by the refusal of Republican state legislators to repeal the pre-statehood territorial law. You just can’t make this stuff up.

Seriously, why would any woman vote for Trump? Or any Republican??

@Swamp: Thanks to the orange baboon, who has taken over the GQP, democrats have an abundance of issues on which to run on, starting with the impossibility of electing a treasonous violator of the emoluments clause who has 91 indictments and who grabs women by their pu$$ies as president.

Don’t trust a Repub that tries to backtrack their stance on abortion. If allowed to win an election, they will continue their path of taking away women’s rights until they can and do take away women’s right to vote.

Vote for Democracy, vote Democratic up and down the ticket.

Last I checked, women had the right to reproduce as much as they wanted to.

Forced pregnancy is life endangering slavery. “Rape, sexual slavery, and related actions including FORCED PREGNANCY, are now recognized under the Geneva Convention as crimes against humanity and war crimes”. The US needs to fight to uphold its rights to life liberty & pursuit of happiness for ALL its citizens – not just the heterosexual males.

Simple solution, do what Arizona did and dig up some old law that forbid women from voting, probably find a few dealing with the colored voters as well.

Funny how dems love to claim what was done by republicans as they were the ones that gave women the right to vote while dems were totally oppose starting we the president. And how can they tell anything that affects women since they can define a woman and anyone can claim themselves one .

Well, going back to Civil War era laws will fix that. It will remove the Black, and American Indian vote as well.

It’s unfortunate the modern Democratic Party is unable to correctly defend abortion rights, but they’ll sure use the moment to re-establish their entitlement to power.

The Supreme Court has a super Conservative majority of 6-3. If Trump gets elected, that will only get worse for another generation. That’s my main reason to work hard for Biden. The People must have a say.

One of our conservative friends asked recently how long we will keep “harping” on the abortion issue.

I don’t know. How long will Trump and the Republicans keep trying to deny a woman sovereignty over her own body?

We are going to paint Trump with this issue and have more Democrat & Independent voters show up at the polls than ever before.

Thank heaven it requires repealing an amendment.

Republicans have to lie and cheat any way that they can or they will cease to exist. Voter suppression is just one of their methods. In phone surveys, when people are given a choice on issues that affect their daily life, taken from both Republican and Democratic Party publications, those who identify themselves as Democrats agree with the Democrats about 80% of the time. Independents do too, about 58% of the time. The weird thing is that 42% of Republicans agree with the Democratic positions too, unless they are told which is which. Then they fall into line and agree with the Republicans 78% of the time. People who identify as Republicans make up somewhere between 30% and 42% of the voters, depending on the year. It’s currently way down. 78% of 42% is 33%. The Republicans would never win another national election with those odds. So, the Republicans have to keep as many people who they suspect will vote Democratic from voting as possible, and keep the rest of them confused enough to vote against their own best interests.

Tsars + Hitler = Current GOP.

Abortion is a men’s freedom and personal autonomy issue as well, and they should vote on protecting this right in as great of numbers as women.

That’s their ultimate goal, along with minorities, the gay population, and anyone else who won’t bow the knee. American Taliban. That’s what they are.

Women have Astronomical and endless power left unused, I am amazed that they are letting it go to waste by continue letting these backward minded republicans tell them what to do!!!
