Less than 4% unemployment rate shows many are working.

As to infrastructure, if Trump (and his MAGA bunch) were to win (shudder), when projects were completed, I suspect he’d crow about having “made it happen”.

And now for all the loons to chime in and cherry pick stats to prove what we all don’t believe – that the economy is booming.

Cost of buying a median house has more than doubled under Biden. That forces people into renting – which increases demand and prices. Add to that the 10 million illegals he let in who also need housing.

Food. Energy. Housing. The basics for every American of every level are sky high and still going up.

We’re suffering and we know it. That’s why we ignore the loons.

At the end of Trump’s term the USA was losing hundreds of thousands of jobs a month.

Lies don’t change the truth. We are much better off now than we were four years ago. Even shi**y pants said in 2021 we were doing great. Even better now, and we even have toilet paper.

Supply chain issues have been fixed; primary cause of inflation now is corporate greed. Look at earnings.

Hey, Varvel! What would you do to fix it? What would MAGA-GOP do to fix it? I’ll wait for that cartoon. And wait, and wait, and wait.

it is a fallacy that the President really has anything to do with the economy. He doesn’t set prices nor does he raise taxes, business sets prices and congress (or you local school board) raises taxes

If the GOP was in charge they would say the economy is doing great since the stock market is hitting all time highs. Just another fallacy since Wall Street does not reflect Main Street.

Right… the party that cravenly kowtows to billionaires really cares about the homeless.

Gary, the President has no control of taxes (that’s Congress’ job) or prices (that’s set by corporations and the private sector) or housing, which has to contend with the NIMBY (Not In My Backyard) factor. I would love to see housing prices and rents come back down to earth and I would love to see food prices come down too. But I’m smart enough to realize that when prices go up, they don’t always come back down. But little ol’ me doesn’t have anything to do with prices, housing, etc. much like the President.

HEY GARY! NOW DO ONE showing how things would be different under the oh-so-compassionate Trump. I suspect he wouldn’t know “street” people existed if they didn’t make such good political “boogeymen” to use to scare his supporters.
