I was in my local “UPS Store” recently and as I was getting my business taken care of, the girl at another counter was on the phone with a customer and the conversation consisted of her telling the customer the package was delivered they sent but the reason they couldn’t track it was because they kept reading the tracking number incorrectly. I had to admire the girl’s patience after about the tenth time she told the person.
