So are “regime” and “regimen” interchangeable in the U.K. now? Or have they always been? Or is “regime” the U.K. version of “regimen” everywhere else? Inquiring minds want to know.

I just found a recipe for something called magic cake. I’ll have to make it next week, when I pick up a few groceries and have more milk or cream.

The only thing that gets in the way of my fitness regime is my recliner!

Cakes, for one, but food in general.
