This is not a bail bond. It is not a bond for bailing a person out of jail. This bond is required by law in order for a case loser to appeal the judgment in an appeals court. No bond, no appeal. The full amount of the money the judgment awarded to the plaintiff is held in escrow by the original court in order to pay it to the plaintiff if the case loser’s appeal is denied.

He is one of the most savvy business men known to man. Why would you doubt his ability to save our very sick economy?

There should be another ‘I’ in his statement; right behind the ‘U’ in ’RUN".
