I’d make a joke in the comments section, but I lost my footing.

Country roads, take me home, from a place, I don’t belong. . .

For a man, to ask for directions is to admit defeat.

No feet, two days in a row?! I’m beside myself, and should stop to ask directions!

It’s an age-old stereotype that men get lost because they refuse to ask for directions.

I have zero sense of direction. I often explore alternate routes. Somehow, I always get where I am going and get home. Any use of GPS is a last ditch effort. I keep hoping if I work at it, I can develop a sense of direction.

We have been led astray once or twice by our GPS.

I like our GPS. However I go in on directions on my computer and print them off too. My husband likes to argue with the GPS. I told him to stop or she might just get him lost.

Turn Leroy around three time and he can’t find his way out of the driveway. Must have been a 2nd LT.

Growing up, when we went on family vacation in the summer, we usually drove. Somehow, at least once per trip, my dad would end up in the residential section of whatever town or city we were in. That wasn’t where we were aiming for, of course. If we mentioned it, my dad always answered “Well don’t you want to see how the people here live?” When I got a little older, I realized it was really because he’d gotten lost.

I’d say “well then, why don’t you drive and I’ll take a nap?”
