people need to check out rx advocates – they are out of florida & if the person doesn’t make that much you might qualify for this program – i am going to get 2 of my insulin (cost to me $500) for only $40 & for 90 days – no joke…i just have to drive to the doctor to pick up the insulin pens

There are special systems set up for the care and medication of the poor and indigent. A local doctor in my area of the city saw the need and put together such a system. Now, coupled with my medicare advantage plan, my doctor’s fees are paid for as are most of my medications. And those without insurance see their costs greatly cut down.

Anybody reminded of that one Simpsons episode, where Homer, Apu, and Ned Flanders went to Canada to get medicine for Springfield?

Prescription medicine may be cheaper in Canada, but the wait time of months for things like getting surgery, is why a lot of Canadians come to the US for that.
