For the non-internet abled: spiedini is thin strips of beef rolled up with bread crumbs & cheese, then put on a skewer & cooked. It’s kissin’ cousin is braciole, which is cooked in a tomato sauce.
Spiedini, not arrosticini. Good, at least they are not from Abruzzo. That’s a land of crazy person, but i have to admit, their food is the best of the best.
