Dogs don’t chase by eyesight as much as they do by smell. Soak those white tennis balls overnight in, say, a bucket of watered-down coffee grounds, and Louie would be able to smell them for miles.
Personally, I would not enjoy playing tennis in frigid winter weather. Guess other people feel differently than I do. Hope Louie can return to his playful ways soon.
