What’s the problem? You are keeping each other warm.

The first time this ran John opined “Throw it outside, problem solved” and two replies were based on the assumption he meant the sandwich.

I don’t even need to have the sandwich. If I sit down, Lily is there very quickly and these days with the extreme cold, she wants to be on my lap, not just beside me.

Hope he’s not eating a tongue sandwich.

At least he put the napkin over Luddy.

Pet hair, it’s not just a condiment, it’s a fashion statement!

My Pooch lies over the floor vents.

What’s needed is a Blanket of Cats!

Harvey will only sit on my wife’s lap and Honey doesn’t even do that.

Count your blessings.

Nothing like a loving, purring cat on your lap. My dog, on the other hand, would have been there for the sammie.

My cat has been doing the same to me since it got cooler. On my lap every minute that I’m on my computer. He’s even on my lap right now! So much for “ergonomic” posture!!!

I don’t mind sharing the chair. It’s that I immediately become a bath platform. For twenty minutes.

Another reason I do not like cars…..

heck… i love that feeling…right now our little one Sparrow is pacing back and forth on me making it a bit difficult to type…tail waving in front of the screen…and of course his bum in my face….

My cats have fur coats and only lap for attention, if at all.

The cat needed a heater. Be a good little heater, Arlo, and stroke him with your sandwich.

Get a TV tray; and a bite for Luddy.

Arlo, just eat over the sink like normal guys.

I’m surprised Luddite isn’t checking out the sandwich. OUr Cats, Coco and Peanut would be checking out what we were eating and pester for some so they would get set on floor and told no sitting on lap while eating. As soon as we were done eating then they jumped back up on lap.

Mine will follow me around stropping against my ankles and grumbling until I sit down and make a lap!

Luddie loves and trusts you. This is one way he shows it.
