A number of the foot soldiers of tRumps coup have been convicted of and are serving hard time for sedition. He is not eligible for office. THREE levels of the Colorado court system have declared him to be an insurrectionist. The states govern the election process within their borders. He lost in Colorado and if SCOTUS takes the case we will see if they keep to states rights or negate the constitution for the sake of orange jesus.

One tiny, little problem with this. Trump was neither charged nor convicted of Insurrection, so expect the Supreme Court to quickly knock this down.
