I thought I missed you guys, but I found you. I guess everyone is busy. I changed my avatar for a couple of days. It is Annie and Oliver from Graham Harrop’s strip here, called TEN CATS. It is a delightful strip and I hope you check it out!I know some others have been platently (sp) doing promos for strips around here, but I am only explaining my avatar to the strips where I frequent and trust. Most people won’t know who it is, and if they ask then I will tell them. I just thought this photo was so cute, and I wanted to use it for a few days before I switch to another one. :-)

I have to admit something myself.

I never really cared for the episode ‘Dance of the Dead’

I couldn’t get into it.

But that’s only ONE episode out of the 17. All the rest were fab.

I never expected many people on Andy Capp to be concerned for me when I told them about it. As my injuries were only minor and I wasn’t hospitalized but I was wrong there…

I’ve been thinking about learning to drive for a few months now.

I have been studying by taking online theory practise tests.

My result was 24/50 with the pass mark being 43 so I wasn’t far off.

It’s a really big decision… I’ll need a few years to think it over properly.

(My hair will be really long by then!)

My Mum and Dad say that I can take driving lessons if I want to.

I’ve just thought on… You had TWO Avatars of him with the cigar.

When we used to talk to each other on The Buckets 2 years ago… I remember you had one of him with the cigar in his mouth and his head was at an upwards angle.

And the other one (The one I meant) He’s looking straight at the camera and has the cigar in his hand.

You won’t even have to TRY to make me laugh.I forgot to tell you… My Dad’s cousin, Jim passed away in January due to bone cancer.

I announced the news on Andy Capp and I was actually crying my eyes out while typing the comment. I’m surprised I didn’t make any spelling errors.

I still miss him. But I’m staying strong now.

Today, My cousin was giving me and Mum a lift in his car and he actually taught me how to start the car up and I done it successfully the first time.

While he was driving he was explaining about checking the mirrors every so often and telling me about the different gears such as third and fourth gear and the different speed limits.

I was also putting the car in the different gear positions from the front seat where I was sitting next to him.

I even indicated the car to make a left turn.

And here’s the 2 reasons… Why he’s the best cousin in the world (Well there’s more) but I’ll just put two for now.

1) Before I take driving lessons… He’ll keep taking me out in his car so I can get some experience.

2) He said once I’ve passed my test… He’ll put me on the insurance… Or if I’m currently taking driving lessons he’ll put me on it.

It was either one of them… Before or after.
