Some people look like a sack full of marbles, and wear really tight pants to show it off

Now that I’m 80, I can’t remember that I even had marbles.

Been there as most seniors can describe. I just came up from the basement with a screwdriver and a bag of frozen peas. Why do I have a screwdriver? I already have a bag of peas in the kitchen’s refrigerator.

I tried making a list of my marbles to keep track.

Lost the list.

I keep my marbles in a glass jar on my desk so I can see where they are daily…

Sounds familiar…I think.

Mine are rolling around somewhere in my head.

Everything is still in my head, but the hard drive is full. It was a lot easier to find something when I didn’t have to find the folder containing that information mashed in behind the one that contains all the words to “One Eyed, One Horned Flying Purple People Eater.”

I bought two packages of cake mix the other day.. and still can’t find the second one. Used one but dang if I know where the second one went.

Good answer….

I just carry a couple of extra in my pocket. Then at odd moments, pull them out and say “Oh, there you are!”
