Dolphins alternate brain hemispheres when they sleep, but the whole idea is that the non-sleeping hemisphere is alert and active.
And once again I learn something from Sherman’s Lagoon!
No doubt that the boring atmosphere of the lagoon bored the dolphin to sleep.
Hopefully, one hemisphere remembers that he needs to breathe once in a while.
