I have had flashes of brilliance in the middle of the night; completely forgotten by morning. Now I see that it would be futile to try to write them down. (Pen and paper won’t work either – I’m not that coordinated at 3am.)
Autocorrect wouldn’t result in a jumble of random letter combinations like that. It makes actual words; just not necessarily the words you intended to write.
