I’m thankful my parents and grandparents took the time to teach me.

That’s grounds for punishment.

They’d be grounded for sure.

See kids, that concussion wasn’t that bad now was it. You never got in-between one of your parents and the coffee maker again did you.

Ditto for a non-parent.

Don’t get in the way of my first cup of coffee.

And yet you lived. That speaks highly of your parents.

Basically the only lesson you need in life!

My parents wouldn’t even get out of bed until the coffee was done and I had to be the one to turn the coffee maker on.

I bet if you stand there you gonna get flung across the house

Corporal punishment won’t kill you, but it will leave a impression (one for each wack) on you.

I’m confused – how does one “block” a coffee maker?
