The weigh-in Cathy: ...What??? This is three pounds less than I usually weigh! If I use this as my "start weight" and then my weight pops back up to normal tomorrow, it will seem as though I gained three pounds on day one of my diet! I have to wait until my weight is normal before I can start losing weight! "Diet goal for the day: Regain three pounds".

I wouldn’t say that I actually live like this… oh, but I’ve had these thoughts. Cathy is what is in our heads, but never actually comes out of our mouths or becomes our actions.
