In guilt by association, I was stung by yellow jackets after my little brother shot the very large nest with a slingshot. The nest was about 6 or 7 inches in diameter and dad had said to leave it alone. No problem on my part but no, he couldn’t leave well enough alone…no, the little jerk didn’t get stung…
I was stung walking outside of my home by a paper wasp! Little did I know they had a nest underneath my deck. It was well hidden. My arm swelled up and down my whole arm. It was red and the heat and pain was unbearable. Thank goodness I had benadryl.
