So, what does it mean when the orb beeps?

Finders keepers, even for unicorns.

I see Dakota in this somehow.

Will it ding or buzz if I say “Marigold has a big butt”?

We all need one of those more than ever now.

The Truth Orb was included in the strip to allow for social commentary. BUZZ

If marigold found it on the ground, why is it airborne now? Was it energized by her presence?

What happens if Marigold springs the Liar’s Paradox on it? Will it evaporate in a puff of illogic, a casualty of applied metaphysics?

I wish I could like this one 100 times.

It didn’t DING or BUZZ when Marigold said “This is a Truth Orb.”

Does that mean that, while it wasn’t deliberately FALSE, it wasn’t a complete TRUTH, either? Is it something MORE than a Truth Orb, and Marigold is just describing the most obvious function that she’s been able to figure out?

Or am I reading too much into this?

The Truth Orb may go “ding” and “buzz,” but I instead hear Bit’s “yes” and “no” from “Tron.”

A magical lie detector. Wouldn’t that just be the most useful thing in the world.

Do I like this storyline? Ding!

If you’ve ever read “Saga” by Brian K. Vaughan, I think you’ll see similarities between the Orb and Lying Cat.

Poor thing wouldn’t last too long out here.
