My legs are screaming! My lungs are bursting! I can't swallow! Hang on!...Hang on!...Keep going! Keep going! Keep going! I did it! Finished!! Got my sedond wind!! Rallied and pushed past exhaustion!! I ran for a full 2 1/2 minutes?? Proof that exercise prolongs life: The last 9 minutes just lasted an hour.
