Hey, nuts aren’t that bad. In fact, with some honey butter, it actually tastes pretty good

LOL I sometimes eat walnut halves to provide protein in my meals. Old folks are not as good at absorbing protein and should have in diet consistently. Not huge amounts, just some… Not that I’m against a nice steak :^)..

Nuts are better than nothing. However, maybe you could con your Dad into making some healthy popcorn with lots of oil, or butter and salt. Actually my favorite…..
