And I heard you kids wanted a game console. We couldn’t afford one, so I’ll console you.

Alright pops you’ve look at the tie long enough. Get with it cut the cake.

Yup! Family “ties” (Sigh!)

We always went in and bought our father razor blades. Useful and it’s what we could afford

It’s a nuclear family, so those kids are the tie’s core.

But he’s a blue collar worker, so a tie is all they could afford.

What was the other choice?

It seems like every time they vote on what to get him, it’s a tie.

Fortunately, I don’t ever have to wear one of those hell-inspired things again.

Well, now I know why I was born, the fifth of five kids. To break the ties….
