Something Orange Traitor still hasn’t done. Biden’s error with likely small c documents doesn’t absolve Orange Traitor of his actual crimes involving top secret documents.

What an exaggeration. There wasn’t several boxes of classified and top secret documents in the garage room. None of the documents found on Biden’s property have been labeled “top secret”. There have been pages found, not boxes found as with the former guy. Biden had the documents returned right away, not hoarded and lied about for nearly two years. We still don’t know if all the orange guy’s stolen documents have yet to be found.

Those documents were from the US’s intelligence agencies, who he GOP doesn’t belive.

The Biden administration is a true kakistocracy led by a demented old man and based upon diversity quotas rather than competence. Kamala is Exhibit A, there’s a reason they keep her away from a camera and microphone.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Nothing we know at this point indicates the current President committed any criminal violation. The FG, well . . .
